附件為愛(ài)旅行網(wǎng)整理的催簽信內(nèi)容參考樣本，每年因各種理由有許多簽證申請(qǐng)人要求加急申請(qǐng)簽證，但是很多使館并沒(méi)有加急流程，因此需要申請(qǐng)人給使館寫(xiě)信催簽。

 

1.先發(fā)第一則，沒(méi)有效果的話(huà)再將第一則第二天再發(fā)一遍。

2.仍舊沒(méi)有效果的話(huà)過(guò)7天將第二則發(fā)過(guò)去，之后每3天一次。

3.發(fā)郵件的最佳時(shí)間是周五上午7點(diǎn)，其次是周一上午7點(diǎn)。其他時(shí)間的話(huà)最好選擇在晚上發(fā)。原因不多說(shuō)。 ) H5 e! P1 h3 A) Q: v- X

To whom it may concern,（一定要這樣寫(xiě)，不能寫(xiě)dear ×××） 

My name is ××××（英文大寫(xiě)名+姓）, D.O.B is ××/××/19×× （生日：日月年）and the File number is CLF2007/13××××. 

I am writing to inquire about my visa processing status, as the start date of my study program is 1st Feb （開(kāi)學(xué)日期）and the deadline date (18 Jan.) （你發(fā)郵件的當(dāng)天日期加10）of my airline ticket payment is coming soon. If I fail to pay before this due date, it will be very hard for me to get the airline ticket in time.

Also I do need a certain period of time to arrange accomodations  in Sydney （你所上課的城市）before classes start.

I do understand that you are very busy with applications during this period, but I still hope that you might help me with my case. So could you please do me a favor and look into my case and update the visa status for me?Looking forward to your reply~.

根據(jù)愛(ài)旅行網(wǎng)多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，愛(ài)旅行網(wǎng)給所有催簽人一些催簽信的內(nèi)容提示：

1.關(guān)于郵件標(biāo)題，盡量注明簽證受理號(hào)，申請(qǐng)人姓名和簽證種類(lèi)，方便簽證官查找申請(qǐng)人的簽證。

2.催簽信內(nèi)容要簡(jiǎn)明扼要，建議包括以下幾部分信息：
A，申請(qǐng)人信息（姓名、生日、護(hù)照號(hào)碼、受理號(hào)）
B，希望哪天拿到簽證和理由（此部分不用內(nèi)容太多，最好有書(shū)面的證明文件）
C，感謝。
D，證明文件

綜上所訴，催簽信簡(jiǎn)明扼要，需要簽證官用最短的時(shí)間理解您的催簽理由，千萬(wàn)不要長(zhǎng)篇大論，簽證官?zèng)]有那么多的時(shí)間仔細(xì)看您的郵件。
最好有證明理由的附件文件如機(jī)票訂單、繳費(fèi)單等等文件，這樣會(huì)更有利。
